Kiln capacity has been increased...

Important investments has been made to both two kilns, and klinker production capacity has been increased. The kiln’s double cyclones, gas pipes, cyclone immersion pipes, kiln main motor-reducer and burner pipes has been renewed; the daily klinker capacity increased to 3000 tons. The biggest renewing project of our Factory history has been continued for 2 months. During this period our employees and our main subcontracters employees plus 481 another employees has been worked in this project and also they are trained for this project.

Investment for the environment...

The project also covered; the change of electorfilter converted into bag filters and the main funnel emisions has been reduced under the level of 10mg/Nm3.
Bag filters also has another advantage. During the energy cut downs or carbon monxide raises; the bag filters works totally different than electorofilters and the bag filters do continue working. This is a massive investment for the enviroment.
The cost of the project was 5 millions TL(Turkish Lira) and this enviromental investment has been done by these operating companies; Italian Redecam Firm, Kocatepe Firm, Set Group and also our technical employess.
